Return/Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of receiving your product. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY
Returns or refunds are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged or unused and unopened. To qualify for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In the original packaging
• Returned within 30 days of receiving your product
Items that show signs of use, are opened, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us and we will assist you.
RETURN SHIPPING
To start a return, please contact us for return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not charge any restocking fee.
